Situated on a 1-hectare plot, it overlooks the Aegean Sea and the wild landscape, providing a sense of seclusion and connection to nature just 5 minutes away from the beach.
The design embraces simplicity, using natural materials to blend the structure into its surroundings. Clean lines and open spaces create a calm, understated aesthetic, while the earth-sheltered design offers protection from the elements and a low environmental impact.
The house is both a retreat and a vantage point—offering expansive views of the sea and park from its terraces, while remaining in close dialogue with the island's landscape. It's a place that invites quiet contemplation and immersion in nature, providing a peaceful setting amid the natural beauty of Paros.
